Please tell the House Financial Services Committee to vote in favor of the Homeowners' Defense Act because the current system just won't do!

Our current system of government and non-profit disaster relief coupled with private insurance leaves too many people unprotected and unable to rebuild their lives following a catastrophe. America can no longer rely on after-the-fact bailouts; we need a privately funded backstop to end those bailouts and a comprehensive system to better prepare and protect our families and communities.

The Homeowners' Defense Act - HR2555 - is the solution we need to prepare, rebuild and recover.
